What the service is
ProductGapHunt produces AI-assisted market research briefs for startup ideas. Reports combine AI-generated analysis with live web search results. They are a research aid, not professional, financial or legal advice, and they do not predict whether an idea will succeed. Verify important assumptions with real customers.
Accounts and credits
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. New accounts include free credits. One credit runs one validation; unlocking a premium report costs five credits. Credits are tied to your account, do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. See our refund policy.
Your content and shared reports
Ideas you submit are processed by third-party AI and search providers to generate your report. Basic reports can be opened by anyone who has the link, so only share a link if you are comfortable with that. Premium reports are visible only to the account that unlocked them.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no automated bulk requests, attempts to bypass credit limits, or interference with other users' reports.
No warranty
The service and its reports are provided "as is". AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and web sources change. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
