Automatic refunds
If a validation fails to save, or a premium report cannot be generated, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.
Credit pack purchases
Credit packs are digital goods that are delivered immediately. If you bought a pack by mistake or have not used its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the unused portion. Credits that have already been spent on reports are not refundable, except as described above.
When a refund is processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. The credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
